Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. If an item is mispriced or unavailable we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Cancellation requests are honoured if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Intellectual property

The OG CULT name, logo, artwork, garment graphics, photography and site copy are our property and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
